Since the class is conducted online, there are some things that you need to prepare before the class:

1. The class is conducted through Google Meet. You need to download the application through the play store or any app market if you haven't downloaded it yet.

2. Google Meet requires a Google account to download. If you do not have a Google account, please follow the steps below to create one.

To sign up for Gmail, create a Google Account. You can use your Google Account username and password to sign in to Gmail and other Google products, such as YouTube, Google Play, and Google Drive.

1. Go to the Google Account Creation page.

2. Follow the on-screen steps to set up your account.

3. Log in to Gmail using the account you created.

To create a new account, go to the screen below. Please fill in the appropriate information and create a Gmail account. If you have created a Gmail account on your PC, laptop, or mobile phone, go to the screen below through Google Meet and click Install. Now, it is convenient to download the Google Meet program to your laptop or iPad so that you can conduct video lessons.

Now that we have finished setting up the program, we can now take video lessons through Google Meet. The class duration is 50 minutes. The link or code of the google meet will be sent 10 minutes before the start of the class through messenger or KakaoTalk. If you click on the link that was sent to you, it will direct you to the google meet. Then, a screen asking if you want to participate in the class will appear on the right. Just click "Join Now" to enter the class.

 

The teacher or the owner of the link will then admit you in the class. The link of the drawing program will then be sent in the message panel of the google meet, at the bottom-right corner of the screen. Now, let's learn how to use the drawing program. In the drawing program, the basic course uses a whiteboard. When the level goes up, most of the students will then use the Aggie program, which is a collaborative abbreviated version of Photoshop.

 

The program can be used together by both the students and the teacher by simply registering on the Internet or typing the code of the program created.

1. Whiteboard/Jamboard: This is a program provided by Google Meet for simple drawing and coloring. This program is mainly used in the basic stage.

2. Aggie program: https://aggie.io/ This is the website link. If you click on it, the following screen will appear. If you click the "Start drawing" button, you will be registered online. If you register, you can continue using it in class.

3. Magma Studio: https://https://magmastudio.io/ This is the website link. If you click on it, the following screen will appear. Click "Try Magma Studio for free" button, you will be registered online. This is an advanced program of Aggie.

3. Photoshop: This course is used by students in the intermediate and advanced level. It is the stage to acquire general courses related to computer graphics.
